We invests in early-stage companies that have rapid growth potential in a variety of B2B and B2C industries including SaaS, and consumer product & services businesses. Recently, we’ve been enjoying collaborating with D2C CPG businesses in the food and beverage and health and wellness industries.
Our focus is on companies that are located in Canada and the US and are raising a Seed or Series A with a valuation up to USD $15,000,000. We look for high-growth companies that have the potential to quickly scale and realize an exit opportunity within 7-10 years. Our typical investment size ranges from $100,000 to $500,000 and we prefer to participate alongside a lead investor.
We seek to add value by helping founders design more effective financial and organizational structures. We are also passionate about working with social enterprises that aim to transform inequities and create more equitable ownership models.
